Finally broke 280! Calories dancing daily around 3500 and watching the macro mix. Feeling exhausted after the gym today but hoping for a carb boost at 10. 💪😎👍

New routine is kick ass! Calorie target is now 3900/day and workouts are intense AF! I seriously am not even making it through the whole hour. By about the 35-40 minute mark I'm so done I'm dragging ass around the rest of the way, but still moving! Like I said, first time under 280 so obviously I needed more calories to drop weight than the "standard" 1800-2000. I can't believe this is working. It goes against everything we have always been told about weight loss. CICO definitely is the key, but apparently only when you're getting enough calories to begin with. 💪😎👍

Gosh 3900!!! My workouts are short too (1h on average) and I think I am around 2k calories but I don’t really count. It stresses me out lol. What’s your routine?

Routine is an hour at the gym, warm up, HIIT, cool down. Outside warm up and cool down, it's probably only about 45 minutes of high intensity training. I'm 43 years old and work a full time job as an electrician so I'm really active all day. Constantly lifting and moving around, bear crawls in attics and crawl spaces, etc. I eat 5-6 meals a day and have gradually increased my caloric intake since stalling out in February. Of the close to 50 lbs I lost, 35 of it was from Jan 7-Feb 10. I've been maintaining since and only see a drop in weight when I increase calories significantly. Scale hasn't moved much but I have all new clothes and a bunch of new energy.
