Up a little today. Lets play, is it A) Water Retention, B) Underestimated Cals, or C)BM waiting to happen? I dont know, its irritating.
Also something weird is that I had this awful pain in my side last night. Its not the first time Ive had it and it does go away, but its really bad for a bit. Im mostly posting this so I can reference back to it when I finally take my butt to the dr about it.

Thankfully, I don’t usually get water bloat.
