Also something weird is that I had this awful pain in my side last night. Its not the first time Ive had it and it does go away, but its really bad for a bit. Im mostly posting this so I can reference back to it when I finally take my butt to the dr about it.

If I’ve been eating right, my minor gains are usually what I call poop weight. And I say “colon, looks like you got backed up on your work load. I’ll have a little extra water and coffee today to get you back on track. Thanks for processing my waste. XO.” Thankfully, I don’t usually get water bloat.
