I think it's very important to understand the cause or the main success factor of a particular diet that you're doing. As I mentioned in my previous journal entry I forgot to take my Optavia fuelings yesterday, but I had already figured out what the main feature of that program was, calorie restriction. Yes it involves probiotics and lots of vitamins in each of their pre-packaged meals, but plenty of people eat vitamins and probiotics and don't lose weight. So by understanding what the real secret of the diet plan is I was able to hack things yesterday by buying some different bars and food at the grocery store to accomplish the same goal which was approximately a 1000 calorie consumption day. So my advice is whatever plan you're doing, understand what the real function of the plan is in case you have to improvise, or if you're not seeing the success you'd hoped for you will understand the actual root cause.
