Whelp there it is. I knew it was coming. So happy that its here right before I turn in my stats to my coach. I did better yesterday through the day, and then when confronted with homemade mac n cheese - I caved. God I love me some mac & cheese. Its so easy to feel like a failure and forget about the hard work youve put in. Why do I want to give up so easily? I dont, I want to see some real change so Ill keep going. It was a bad week, and now its over. As we said when I played derby, on to the next jam.
My goals today are: Log everything AS I GO so I know where I am when I want to indulge in something. Stay in my calorie range Hit my protein goal Research the restaurant we are eating dinner at tomorrow so I am prepared Plan lunches for the next couple of days when Im not at work and out of my routine.
