Thanks! It’s all water I think. With it getting over 100 degrees here recently I’m losing water and hydrating constantly. No way can I stay completely hydrated at the right levels in summer when out in the heat. Plus we had to skip the gym once this week so I didn’t retain the water I normally would’ve yesterday and today. 😖
