Gosh.. been gone for a while. Was doing so well..but BOOM.. major emergency surgery last August lasted 7 hours and saved me. Depression, and now I'm back again. I've lost 7 lbs in the last week.. and I'm moving forward to my onederland goal....

@Avis713, I just read this post and your profile/biography, requesting help with "ketosis," that you had "done it" before, but with Medifast. We have similar weight loss goals, and I've been learning about low-carb/high-fat/moderate protein and keto WOE's for a few months now. I only do whole foods -- no special "diet" concoctions. And you will definitely get there 💪💪 I’m recovering from my hysterectomy and can’t wait to start exercising again and being able to go to the potty right🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
