I have to start weighing things. I weighed my chicken last night and what I thought would be about 5oz was actually like 10oz. Thats crazy! Im not sure if I underestimated my cals yesterday but my app didnt sync with a snack I logged on my laptop so I went over, not by a lot but still. Im really trying to focus on staying in my ranges right now. Anyway, Im hoping that Ill start seeing the scale move again. Its only been a couple of days so I need to be realistic but COME ON ALREADY!
