I'm finally back on track! The ketone strips are reading Moderate now. (smile). I also lost 1.4lbs from yesterday AM to this AM. Things are finally getting back on track and I feel so much better. I also discovered yesterday that I should only take Energize (An Energy and Calorie burning pill in one) and Yerba Mate Power-Burn together if I have lots to get done. It makes me so overly energized I could hardly slow down yesterday. On the plus side I wasn't thinking about food. Just getting more stuff done.

Hey Rachel that is great! I am still trying to get into ketosis good and it is really hard to know if it is my body still trying to get there or all the water. I was just thinking "I wonder if it is better to take it first thing in the morning".
Hmmm...Where do you get the Endergize and Yerba Mate...sounds like something I could use sometimes with having to get up and be at work at 5am.

You can get either one or both of them at your local drug store, Walgreens, CVS, Walmart all carry them. I would assume that a Rite-Aid etc. would have them too. I was oh so fortunate that we have a little quarter store here where they resale "damaged" goods. Things like the exterior box got wet or one bottle got cracked etc. and the stores policy is to not put that whole case out on the shelf. So I got the super deal of the week and bought several bottles of each for $0.25 each! I just had no idea they would be this great of an energy boost. I'm glad I stocked up now.

Yaayy!! Rachel, I know you are so happy that you are headed in the right direction. Losing 1 pound in a day is excellent!! Good for you! :)
