liv001 It is pretty cool to no longer have to label oneself overweight. BMI is a bit unclear, since it more than just a number on the scales. However, if my body composition scales say Normal weight, I take it. Looked at my profile in the mirror just now, and the body kind of look normal, but there's still more fat to go. The big 'carrot' for me is the waist to hight ratio. That one I'll celebrate with a bang. Didn't get there last year.

Nice to know you are within the healthy guidelines. That is essentially my goal, and then to just continuing eating wisely and consciously. It is how we feel that should dictate whether or lot we need to lose more. Congrats!

Thank you all so much. Big love right back to you. This strong fat loss started happening when I went for 4 meals a day. 7am, 9am, noon, and 4pm. Aim for 170p,80f,1c split into four. A meal is close all the time. No starvation. It's a meal schedule I can with ease take with me into maintenance. If hunger between meals, I fill the belly with water, and the hunger vanish. Plant food is eliminated too btw.

Forgot. If bad hunger between meals, I have a black moka coffee. This helps release body fat, and bring back the keto comfort.
