Sooooo been having dizzy spells. Really quick bad ones. queasy stomach n all.. spoke to trainer at the gym. I thought... hard cardio after with a hard sweat maybe I'm not rehydrating properly. Well turns out he said... your doing keto.... yes.... well hard core cardio... ur body is craving sugars... carbs.... = dizzy spells. ughhh so I went from no fruit to adding healthy keto friendly fruits to get my natural sugar. thank God I have an answer. I can breathe
