Happy Easter to our community. Ate a bacon, avocado omelette for late breakfast, and Salmon with mash potatoes and green beans for dinner. Went to downtown Las Vegas and took in the street scene, and listened to an interesting, Country music group. Might take in either Coyote Ugly, or the Piano Bar here at NYNY. Everything should be fine with the diet.
