This isn’t a real gain. Perhaps 1% muscle gain but the rest is water for sure. No way does my 1600 over last week mean a 2+ jump in fat :). It’ll go higher I think as we have track twice this week which means a lot of sitting in the sun getting dehydrated. Doesn’t seem to matter how much I drink. I’ll flush it out in a few days I’m sure. 122 is my limit so I’ll start freaking out when the scale shows me that number. Happy Tuesday!
