Had a good drop this week. I’m assuming the almonds last week kept me from losing. I should have measured them out but just went a little crazy with them. I’m realizing there are just some foods I can’t keep in the house for now. I’m still trying to have a treat day so I don’t drive myself crazy. I know, moderation....

4 pounds is a great drop. I am working on losing ounces right now, being at goal, a regular pound doesn't come right off!
