Went out last night to a friend’s bday party. I tried to stay low in the cals during the day but it backfired because I was starving when I got there. I don’t know what all I sampled from the food they brought or portions of what I do know. I tried to log anyway.

The goal for today is to not go overboard. I woke up tired and hungry but late so I have my breakfast cals to absorb through the day.
