Do you know that aging (among other things) depends on the length of telomere - the ending of chromosome that makes cells to divide.

Each time the cell divides - telomere gets shorter. When it gets too short the cell can no longer divide and dies. The theory says that if we figure out how to make telomere longer, we will become immortal.

Scientists are working on it, trying different chemical approaches, but holistic crowd believes that certain food and lifestyle can do it as well. Exercise and intermittent fasting are one of those things.
