Mmeowmary— since you have a very specific goal in mind you might consider a personal trainer to help you meet that goal if it is within your budget. Preparing for a military strength and agility test is different than just trying to be stronger in general and for aiding in weight loss. One of our members, tahoerun, is active military- Navy I think he may have some input if you asked. Good group here.
