I have a question for those of you who have lost a great deal of weight...Does your perception of what you look like flounder around with no place to land? Sometimes I look at myself and I think WOW, and other times I see myself and think, "Yes Deb, you still have 30 lbs to go, no doubt." Pictures seem to be more revealing than the mirror. What is your experience?

I accomplished so much yesterday, what a great day. And I've gone an entire weekend without a date, and I did not implode. I think I will plant some flowers, go on another hike with my dog (who keeps looking at me like, when?, work on my disaster some call a garage. Right now though, after sleeping in, I'm having my coffee, newspaper, FS and Louis Armstrong radio on Pandora. I love weekends...

Sure it does. But it depends on what you are measuring yourself against. I keep adjusting, it's a process with its own problems but going back to what I was a year ago is simply not an option.
