Forgot to note that I am meeting my exercise goals with flying colors. I do a 30 - 35 min. brisk walk with the dog in the AM and try to take a class at the gym on weekdays (yoga Monday & Friday, Pilates Tuesday & Thursday, salsa Wednesday). I do see trouble ahead as I am having foot surgery with a projected 3 month recovery period. I addressed it with my Pilates teacher today. She said she would make out an upper body routine that I can use while laying on the floor with my foot elevated. That's going to be much more of a challenge.
Confused about where to note challenge entries regarding progress. (I'm new to fatsecret and not terribly computer literate.) Does it go on the Challenge Wall or in the journal? Are journal entries available to the people in my challenge, specifically to my diabetes group or to both?
