Well at the end of this particular journey at least I can record that I did lose 1kg. Not as much as I hoped (3kg was my target) but as its always ongoing for me and as our new working season approaches I am confident that I shall attain my goal.

Looking forward to the next challenge and all being well, ie the site wifi is working, I should be able to follow FS this year.
