Very discouraging. Although 1.5 pounds loss a week is very good for a diet, I am used to losing 3 pounds the first week I've ever "dieted". THEN, 1.5 for the weeks following. AND I was hungry most of the time. My solution will be to start drinking more water. Should keep me feeling fuller and hopefully will flush away some fat...
