I'm surprised I loss. Still not back to normal been sick 3 weeks. I got dehydrated so i did try to drink more water. I tried to count calories but ate mostly what I felt like I wanted. I def ate more thsn usual . Since being sick over 3 weeks my priorities have changed. I've been telling myself at 62 do I need to weigh 95 lbs. I don't want to gain a lot but going to try and maintain around 100 give or take a few lbs. Not going to stress over the scale as much or every little ounce I gain.
