did an impromptu weigh in... my mother and I have been really tightening our exercise regiment today we only did a small exercise smaller than planned because time got away from us for our second exercise. however we did a small weight lifting exercise after our initial exercise-- we want to tone ourselves. Anyhow after I was done I looked at myself in the mirror while I prepared for a shower and thought hmm why not? it's there- so I cleaned off the scale and hopped on! AND LET'S JUST SAY: I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.
it's a slow battle but it's a nice productive one.
