WELLL , Life is good, Have to have skin cancer surgery tomorrow, 39th time !!! Lucky me, to many times at the beach as a youth..People keep asking me about my DIEt...Tell them , what are the first 3 letters to the DIEt. They say DIE, I say right, I'm not going to DIE as I have changed my life style to a new way of eating, I have dropped many meds on my life style change. Is it it good for you maybe, Am I going to preach how good it is for your body? NO.I refuse to use the words, DIEt. It is a life style that I can live with and better my health, If you would like to join my lifestyle I would be happy to offer you information, but you will have to make the life-stlye change. And I'm DO N OK !!
