keto girl a new low got me! I am still so tired. if I was active all day I would be losing much faster. my sleep isn't great. so, this week I got to use a CGM.Continuous glucose monitor,it takes 24 hours to start calibrating properly. my morning glucose was about 100 which is great. 3 hours AFTER I woke I had coffee with cream. my blood sugar started to go down about 2 hours after that. it's now 85. whoohoo. I did some research and found out that low thyroid can cause elevated a1c levels. my blood sugar would never go below 100 a few months ago. That is the only thing that has changed, my diet has not changed. This is going to be an interesting week with the CGM. I will let you know how it goes tomorrow. keto on my friends
