Band-On-The-Run 's dagbok, 02 jun 08

I guess I'm eating and exercising appropriately. No change in weight and the same since last month. My BMI is just a little above mid way, and I'm running at 6 mph without breathing problems. I'm continuing my long runs at 13 run/2 walk minutes as I was directed back in my last 10K averaging 15 miles per long run, and 3 miles each short run 2 times a week. My monthly Weight Watcher weigh in is tomorrow, and it will be good to see my leaders again. I've been "traveling" around the area to see what all the other weight watcher groups do and it will good to go "home" to see how my home group is doing. I haven't been "home" since February. There are a couple of guys that started with me last year I would like to see their progress. There are some recipes I want to share with my home group, too. It will also be nice to see if there are others with some new tips. I see one group member at these runs I do, because she is one of the Photographers of most races I attend. I love the stuff!
