This was a pleasant surprise. I did fast for 17 hours. Drank about 192 oz of water. Finished dinner at about 5:30 and did not snack on anything. Just drank water until bed-time. I have a lot to do tonight, so might end up eating later than I want. So this might only be temporary :(
