9st 6 (1.5 off at WW & last week was only 1.5 as well not 2.5, so I still would have 3 lb to go to get 50 lb certificate) Am surprised to have lost weight this week with 5 red days, tho only 1 went over my output. I did wonder yesterday whether the extra exercise I seem to be doing is causing more cravings? Maybe I should try a more minimal week and see if that makes it easier to stay within my points.
