I don't get it... when I started last wednesday I weighed in the evening--I know but I was desperate. Today I weighed in the evening and I gained 5 pounds. I weighed in the evening a couple days ago and had lost .6 pounds--now it's all gone? I've followed all the rules--been exercising and tracking... everything. Do you think this could just be the result of eating more today than usual? I'm going to weigh tomorrow evening.
