No drop. Maintained. I'm going to get back in my workouts as I have slacked so much over the last few months. I'm really wanting to be out of the 200's by the end of the year. That would be 58-60 pounds to loose by 12/31/19. I think if I keep to my calorie goal and exercise more, I can achieve this. I will have to push myself though, probably past my breaking point. I'm also going to try and talk to my doctor about my thyroid issue. I know my TSH test showed I was still in the normal zone but I just dont feel like that was very correct. I want to have a ful thyroid panel done. I'm pretty sure I'm hypo. Anyways, that's for me to figure out with my doctor. Stress has played a huge part in how my weight loss as slowed down. It sucks. I will need to get that taken care of too. I'm probably going to switch therapists since my current one doesn't have a lot of availability. We will figure it out.
