Today I had an appointment at weight management clinic. And....I had an upsetting news. I had no exercises from August last year as I had very bad backache from injections. My backache is little bit better, but I have got another problem - severe trigeminal neuralgia, which makes me depressed and anxious. Can not exercise as it makes me have more headaches. Never mind, it is a New Year, a new start. Tomorrow I am going back to the gym. I don't want to give up on exercises. Fingers crossed, I will start loosing weight again.

Yelena naybe start slowly, with daily walks? It was my only exercise when I started, 45min every day, changing pace every few minutes. From my experience regular walking is the best and easiest activity you can introduce into your routine. Fingers crossed, hope you'll find your own way to feel better! x

Agreeing with Aguuulek about walking. I'm rehabilitating from a broken ankle and it's all I can manage for now, but it's making a big difference and slowly rebuilding that foundation for other exercise.

Лен, при дефиците каллорий вес и без тренировок будет уходить.. Чистое питание , баланс макро и легкая активность( ходьба) достаточно.. Не нужно себя загонять в боль.. Если нужна помощь с планом питания, не стесняйся.. 😉
