Thanks! For sharing ladies. I too became the victim of many obstacles from Oct til now. Gained 10 lbs I had taken off.
My Dear brother in law I cared for passed 10 days before Christmas. So guess who fed there emotional needs with foods. At New Years went on a 5 day cruise. And all those beautiful foods served- trying not to feel guilty and get back on track. I joined WW last May and truly feel that this app has been more of a success I am a calorie counter. Still belong have gone for like 8 weeks. Any suggestions on this. Should I continue with WW and pay the $$$ or do what I think 🤔 is truly helpful
