Heading to Idaho for a white New Year! I’m confident I can stick to my Keto WOE, but a little nervous that I don’t have my food scale. It’s all about portion control for me and I am not great at estimating serving sizes yet. Guess I’ll just try to estimate on the small side and not worry too much about it. Might help: when I travel, I cup my hand closed around my food (approx. 1 ounce), use the size of my palm for meat measuring (approx. 4 ounces) and ball up my fist entirely for the volume of one meal's worth of food (approx. size of stomach) - let us know how it goes!
