So I managed to gain 0.50kg over Xmas parties. Not bad at all. Now to get back to eating properly.

I gained about the same MoeKGupta. Despite lots of socializing (this means treats) I'm only up a pound and I think that's due to higher sodium foods. Time to get back on track. Dinner tonight is salmon, broccoli, green peas and kale salad. Oh no...we're having a family lunch tomorrow at a great Indian buffet.
