This week I have stayed same. I weighed on Saturday morning and was showing 3 lbs loss but on Saturday night it was the first of the Christmas party season. I had only had 1000 calories until the party. Finished up 4200 with all the food and drink. Sensible again Sunday so back to where I was last Monday. I try to do recording weigh in on here just once per week on a Monday. I will probably be 3 pound less again by Wednesday this week but more party food and drinks over the next 3 weeks so I dont think we will see much loss until next year now.

I don’t think anyone expects to lose weight over the Christmas period lol. We’ve just got to be sensible. I’m not sure I can overindulge as my stomach appears to have shrunk! 😳 My eyes will definitely be bigger than my belly when I pile all the goodies onto my plate! 😂

Thats is a good point. You do get full easier as you shrink the stomach. I didnt feel like eating much the next day after Saturday night, its just on these nights out when I drink alcoholic drinks I always finish up eating more. But yes keep it sensible the rest of the time :)
