Slowly, slowly approaching my goal. I've been sloppy about counting my points, but I'm not sure if that means I'm eating more or less than I was before. I'm still trying to stick to healthy food, but I've been working out of the house and not that organized about lunch - so its been like a fiber 1 bar and 2 pieces of fruit for an 8 hour stretch. Still not getting enough water or veggies and I'm down to 2 or 3 days a week at the gym - but I've been gardening and on my feet at work - so my cardio/tone may be down, but I think I'm still actually burning more calories overall. Still. I'm trying to do some toning at home. Maybe set up a tv/dvd player in the exercise area in the basement and see if I can't use a workout video when my schedule clashes with the gym times. Failing that - tomorrow is hopefully my first day of biking to work (new helmet and everything) Its only about 4 km and its totally flat - but hey..... the way gas prices are going its definately going to start being worth it for more than just exercise.
