Don’t get too focused on a daily number but rather a weekly trend. I weighed the same for three days then suddenly up 2 pounds the next day even though food and workouts were very consistent. Then down again to previous weight. I have no idea why. Don’t let one day make you grumpy. Stay consistent and you will see the change over slightly longer time frame then just two days.
