Small drop is always a drop! And my monthly ovulation related weight fluctuations are not bothering me anymore, the key is to stay on track and just follow the plan. The plan that became my way of life.

Well my husband is another story.. he is generally supportive, maybe even proud of me, but he doesn't know how or want to show it. Sometimes it looks like he is jealous.. and giving me silent treatment, completely ignoring me as a woman.. makes me feel unpretty and unattractive.. again. Not easy to sort out my head when those kind of feelings are messing with it..

Your far from being unattractive..from your before and after pics you look a complete different person .. your husband might find it hard to show his feeling and may feel threatened how beautiful you look now .. you should be so proud of making such a change in your life .. stay positive 👍
