Well that another 2 pounds loss this week !! Really pleased as I have been to pub twice and had 5 pints so did not expect that though I have kept below the RDI. Exactly 12 stone now so hopefully next week I will be in the 11 something gang? This week I am going to adjust my macros slightly by lowering carbs and fat 5% and upping protein 10. Lets see if next Monday I am in the 11s? FS has been a massive help with this diet.
