Well, I over-carbed over the weekend eating sushi-I don't feel guilty about it because it is healthy food, but the 2 lb gain sucks. TOM is lurking as well.
It simply cannot be calories in/out-I have shown a calorie deficit every day since February. If it was like that I would be at my goal or at least closer by now. I must be carb intolerant and I mean extremely intolerant. I have counted net carbs and total carbs and I just do not lose like everyone else. Now I know we are all different so I take it in stride. Someday my body will get with the program!
Restarted Wii Fit this weekend-I bought the game when it first came out and used to use it faithfully-yesterday it said I had not played in 515 days! and my Wii fit age was 59!!! Holy cow, I'm gonna need to work on that LOL. ~Happy Monday
