I am just restarting a journey and I hope to accomplish losing at least 100LBS in the end. Right now I am on a strict soft food diet given by my Doctor due to my jaw keeps popping out of place and horrible teeth I am scheduled for the bad teeth to come out on Tuesday and I'm supposed to see my doctor on Monday so hopefully he can give me some referrals to getting back in shape. I have a pedometer on my phone so I can keep track of the amount of steps I take daily I am hoping to be taking 10,000 steps each day by the end of this challenge. I know Thanksgiving is right around the corner and so is Christmas. I know I need to eat healthier and exercise more. I'm welcome to any additional advice I can get.thank you in advance
