Got on the scale today, was pretty happy when I saw 192.2lbs. Waist is at 34.5 from 38.5. It’s been about 2 months and still going. I have started the keto diet and it seems to be working. It’s bizarre to eat fat to lose fat. Low carbs, height fat, high protein.

congrats, actually it is more moderate protein but you do have to add protein if you are working out. glad it is working so well for you.
