I really havent been drinking enough water lately. I've sadly gotten back in the soda habit but it's diet/zero sodas. Still not good for you but at least that's a step down from where I used to be. I also succumbed to the Halloween candy that my co-workers have been bringing in. Not overindulging but still indulging. I went from total cold turkey to allowing little things here or there and I think that is a bad idea. I need to cut it all off again because I will binge on candy if I let this go any farther....says the person with a small lollipop in her mouth. Thanksgiving is coming up too and I will need ALL the willpower because my step family loves their soul food. Tons of mac'n'cheese, collard greens, turkey, mashed potatoes, 2-3 different kinds of stuffing, sweet potatoes, etc. PIES PIES PIES. This is gonna be tough folks.
