Considering how naughty I was yesterday.. aaaand a day before.. I'm happy with that drop!
Getting closer and closer to my final goal makes me happy and proud of myself. I can honestly see how my mindset changed over 10 months and I'm not seeing myself as dieting anymore - it became my life, new, better version of myself.
Knowing that my story inspires and motivates means a lot - I know how challenging it was for me and I'm happy to offer the support I was getting as well to someone in need.
Winter is coming - it was very frosty yesterday, my cheeks were rosy and itchy, but hey I'm not complaining as it was Friday after all!
