Lost a little, but feel like I am losing the battle. as I have lostt and regained the same three pounds the last 2 months. Started to eat sweets during the late summer and it has made me crave them and feel hungry. Had some halowee n candy left and I ate all the little Butterfinger bars.. Thank goodness they are done. So onward to a better week before my next weigh in.
