Looks like classic measurement error to me, try to damp clean your feet before you test, it creates better contact with microwatt electrical signal. All your metrics are off from previously consistent measurements.

Thanks again @A Big Boy and @Becc@ - the scale number will be lower for sure on 10/31 and I may ending up with and average weight of 214.x for October will I am happy with because it is a lower average than September. Onward.
