I put on a kilo week before this from a trip to London. So I've lost that and an extra bit this week. Thank goodness. I'm hoping to be close to my goal next Saturday!

You are doing so well and it’s all down to you and your determination to reach your target weight. I congratulate you. I took four years to loose ten stone and once I reached 12.5 stone I have stuck to my new way of life. Still about the same weight over two years later and never felt better.
