Hectic weekend. Family flew in from out west. I hosted a 90th birthday party with 25 guests attending. Family from all over Ontario visiting and many staying over. Wine tasting at an orchard today with family. Lots of goodies and food this weekend but tried to stay on track as much as possible. Hoping the one pound increase will reverse once I get back to my cycling every day.
