Day one of tracking is now complete. Real eye opener about the total carbs I was eating. Managed to stay below my goal for the day. I invited my Virta coach to look at my food diary. Hopefully this will keep me more accurate and accountable. That’s the one thing I missed with this and WW. At least with weight watchers I knew what I was allowed to eat everyday and I stayed within my totals. So I have chosen 1850 calories as my goal. Yesterday I ate 1851
