I just noticed: this is the 40% Milestone. I might gain weight again as I bluntly violated my calorie goal yesterday and probably again on Sunday for social reasons. However, chances are almost 100% my BMI will drop below 30.0 next Week. I am just curious if before or after my mid-week Doctor's appointment. A big thank you to all supportes!
