Weighed in under same conditions. Went out last night - whisky and cured meats, zucchini skewers, bugs, taouk and beef brisket noodles during the day (+ potato salad and chicken breast). No casein before bed as it was a late one.
Also trained yesterday and slept in until 10-10:30am (long resting sleep). Goes to show that you don’t have to be too depressed about every single type of macro, still about caloric intake.
